Very Pleased! This is the third chimney sweep I have used in as many years, and these guys are without a doubt the best of the three. I have a wood burning fireplace with a cast iron heat-a-later. The fireplace was spotless when they were finished and my cap, (that was caked with garbage) was as clean as a whistle. I will definitely be using them in the future.
